Ken moved to Tampa, FL in 2007 establishing a Florida base for Slicer Tool Supply.

2006-2007 Operations Manager, Joe Baker Equipment Sales, 1000 Devils Backbone Road, Cincinnati, OH 45233.
Set-up and maintained a separate division of import Automotive machinery. Maintained costing, pricing, physical location and recruitment of a national sales force.

2004-2006 Stock Room Manager, Peterson Machine Tool Div IVI, 5425 Antioch Drive, Merriam, KS 66202.
Re-hired by new company to facilitate transition of existing company to new company policy

1986-2003 Operations Manager, Peterson Machine Tool, 5425 Antioch Drive, Merriam, KS 66202.
In charge of machine shop, purchasing, order entry, shipping and receiving. Started as a Customer Service Manager and was given a steady increase in responsibility Was head of the Safety committee for the five years starting in 1998.Instituted new parts numbering system, computerized location, “Private Labeling.” Supervised a staff of 6 in 2003 and as high as 12 in 1997.


1985-1986 Sales Manager, International Tooling and Machinery, 38 Berwick Road, Longmeadow, MA 01106.
He recruited a National and Canadian sales force, established quotas, forecasted sales, and monitored sales results. Determined and implemented warehouse distribution policy, sales commission structure, and pricing.

1982-1985 Sales Operation Manager, Winona Van Norman Machine, 4730 West Highway 61, Winona, MN 55987.
Responsible for all internal sales functions, added a return goods system to identify potential warranty trends. Established and maintained a separate division in Canada with the task of forecasting sales, maintaining stock levels and pricing.

Education: Holyoke Community College, Holyoke, MA. 1977-1982 evening division various seminar and AMA courses in inventory control, Customer service and OSHA compliance.

Scott has 25 years experience in the Machine Tool/Automotive Aftermarket industry. His Customer Service, Sales, & Management backgrounds have allowed him to work closely with the Best and most knowledgeable leaders in the industry.

Linda Slicer,  Office Manger

Linda has done many things in her life, but her favorite is being Ken’s wife. High school sweethearts reunited after 40 years, they are living in Tampa, FL, and running Slicer Tool Supply. Linda’s education and creativity are being put to good use. She takes care of the account receivables and payables, communicates with clients and manufacturers.

Josh has 10 years of sales management experience. He is innovative, energized and has an entrepreneurial spirit. He has the unique ability to envision the end result of a sales campaign.

His keen marketing perspective and professional contacts helped launch our Tampa operation.
